Trump Supporters Blinded at Tucson Rally
Another assassination attempt gone wrong? A hit on Trump supporters? Or just some bizarre accident?
Multiple attendees, including prominent pro-life advocate Mayra Rodriguez, report severe eye issues and seek emergency medical attention following Tucson event.
In an unexpected turn of events at a recent Trump rally in Tucson, held at the Linda Ronstadt Music Hall on September 12, 2024, at least six attendees reported experiencing severe eye irritation and blindness that required medical attention. Among those affected was Mayra Rodriguez, a notable figure within the Republican party and a former Planned Parenthood Director turned pro-life advocate and supporter of Donald Trump.
Rodriguez, who was prominently seated behind Trump during the rally, began experiencing intense eye burning as soon as she left the venue. Initially attributing her symptoms to allergies, she sought emergency medical care upon returning to her home near Phoenix. Medical staff suggested her symptoms resembled those of chemical exposure, possibly due to a substance being sprayed.
Rodriguez’s condition was so severe that she was nearly blind the morning after the event. Despite temporary improvement in her vision by Tuesday, doctors were unable to determine the exact cause of her injuries. Rodriguez’s experience was not isolated; several other attendees seated near her also reported similar symptoms.
One woman described progressive symptoms including eye watering, a flushed face, and a burning neck, while her brother suffered from unbearable eye redness. Other supporters, who wished to remain anonymous, echoed these accounts, with one local realtor having to cancel weekend showings due to impaired vision.
Rodriguez reported the incident to the Trump Campaign, which is currently investigating. The U.S. Secret Service confirmed it had not been made aware of any threats to former President Trump but stated there was no known danger.
The question remains: Who or what caused the blindness? Was the substance initially intended for Trump but missed?
Meanwhile, at the site of a Long Island Trump rally where thousands of supporters were lining up, reports emerged today about an alleged bomb being found at the site.
Nassau County Police Commissioner Patrick Ryder addressed the situation by stating, “Reports of explosives being found at the site are unfounded. There is a person who is being questioned who may have been training a bomb detection dog near the site. The individual with the bomb dog falsely reported explosives being found and that individual is currently being detained by police.”
Thus, the next question remaining is: Why would police train a bomb detection dog with a bomb material near a Trump rally with thousands of citizens nearby?
Thanks for that last question, which entered my mind as well as soon as I read the excuse. And this commander cop thinks we'll believe him? Just another liar, IMO.
