Alberta Woman Files Class Action Lawsuit Over Severe mRNA Vaccine Injury
Alleges Government Negligence in Covid Vaccine Distribution
A class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of Carrie Sakamoto, an Alberta woman who suffered severe facial paralysis after receiving the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine. The lawsuit alleges negligence and deceptive practices by the province of Alberta and the federal government in the distribution and promotion of Covid vaccines. It claims that safety standards were altered without proper substantiation, citizens were coerced into vaccination, and Health Canada negligently approved vaccines through an expedited process.
Carrie Sakamoto, a 45-year-old woman, experienced severe and permanent facial paralysis after receiving the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine. Her symptoms began after the second dose of the vaccine, leading to hospitalization and a drastic change in her quality of life.
Despite facing challenges like disfigurement, slurred speech, constant pain, hearing loss, vertigo, memory loss, difficulty sleeping, headaches, and anxiety, Carrie has been vocal about her experience to raise awareness of vaccine injuries. She received some compensation through the Canadian government's Vaccine Injury Support Program but continues to struggle with ongoing medical expenses now that the money has run out.
The purpose of the lawsuit is to seek legal action against the Defendants, namely the Attorney General of Canada, His Majesty the King in Right of Alberta, and other federal and provincial health authorities, for their alleged involvement in the misrepresentation, negligence, and suppression of information related to the COVID-19 vaccines.
The Plaintiff, Carrie Sakamoto, is seeking compensation for the physical, emotional, psychological damages, and other losses she and other Class Members suffered as a result of taking the covid vaccines. The lawsuit also aims to hold the Defendants accountable for breaching their legal duties, providing misleading information through coordinated vaccine campaigns, and failing to ensure the safety and efficacy of the covid vaccines.

I hope some justice comes from this lawsuit and that this madness comes to a halt. The fact that there even is such a thing as a Vaccine Injury Support Program should tell people all that they need to know. Getting the vax was supposed to be a personal choice. Had it worked properly, it wouldn't matter if the person next to you had their shot or not. The coercion from government and employers by extension is the worst part.
I had Bell's Palsy on the left side of my face back in 2010. It was scary and emotionally taxing not knowing for certain that things would return to normal. Luckily, I started to regain some facial movement after 3 weeks had passed. I'd say that I only recovered by about 85% as I can still tell the difference even if others can't. One lingering side effect is that I get Charlie horse feeling cramps in my cheek muscle if I move my jaw in certain ways, but I thank God that it wasn't permanent.
I know this poor woman has it so much worse, with some much more debilitating symptoms. That vax must have thoroughly inflamed her nervous system for this to have happened. I hope that somehow her symptoms eventually improve and that she can still live a normal lifestyle.
